Information Collected by PDS and How It Is Used
PDS collects the following information:

  • “Customer Contact Information:” (e.g., customer name, shipping address, e-mail address, product and service purchases, and, in some cases, credit card account numbers.)
  • PDS uses Customer Contact Information for product and service order placement and fulfillment;

Customer name, product and service purchases, and shipping address information are shared with suppliers for the purpose of order fulfillment;

  • Credit card account information is kept private and is never shared with third parties;
  • PDS does not sell or provide Customer Contact Information to third parties.

“Survey Information:” (e.g., information regarding customer satisfaction with a certain product and/or service.) Survey Information is used exclusively by PDS for the sole purpose of improving the quality of PDS’s products and services. PDS does not share this information with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Browser information: We collect information about the type of browser you are using to help us ensure our site is meeting the requirements of our visitors.

IP Address: We collect your IP address to measure our site traffic and also to help enhance your shopping experience.

Pages visited: We track which pages you visit to help personalize your shopping experience.

Security
PDS believes that it takes reasonable measures to maintain the security of information it receives, but DOES NOT AND CAN NOT GUARANTEE SUCH SECURITY. THEREFORE, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS FOR SECURITY BREACHES, EXCEPT THOSE CAUSED BY THE WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF PDS.

Opt In/Out Provisions
Occasionally PDS will send customers information regarding our products and services or ask customers to fill out surveys regarding the same. Customers may choose whether or not to receive or respond to this information by clicking on either an “Opt In” button, an “Opt Out” button, or similar mechanisms that will be located in the electronic communication associated with the same. By choosing the “Opt In” button or similar mechanism, a customer will continue to receive additional information from PDS and any information received by PDS from the customer will be used by PDS in accordance with this privacy policy. By choosing the “Opt Out” button or similar mechanism, a customer will not receive any additional information from PDS. However, any information received from a customer will be used by PDS in accordance with this privacy policy. If a customer chooses to “Opt In” and later changes his or her mind, or chooses “Opt Out” but inadvertently receives an e-mail or similar communication from PDS, the customer may select the “Opt Out” provision on the communication. PDS will provide such a mechanism on every e-mail or electronic communication it sends to its customers.

Cookies
PDS’s web-site does not contain cookies, other than those generated by the Microsoft Internet Server software used to create this web-site. Third party advertisements displayed on PDS’ web-site generally do not contain cookies, however some may contain cookies that collect personal information. PDS is not responsible for or privy to the information collected by Microsoft or other third-party advertiser cookies.

Children’s Privacy and Healthcare Privacy
PDS does not collect children’s personal information nor does it collect any individual’s personal healthcare information. The following outlines how PDS handles such information. 1. PDS does not knowingly solicit information regarding children under the age of 17 or regarding any individual’s personal healthcare information; 2. PDS expressly prohibits the submission of information regarding children and the gathering of healthcare information; 3. If a customer believes that it is necessary to provide such information to PDS, the customer may only do so with the express written permission of PDS; and 4. If PDS learns that it has received information related to children or healthcare information without its express written consent, it will delete the information from its system.

PDS’s web-site provides links to other sites. PDS has no control over the content or information contained in those sites. Once you link to another site, you are no longer subject to the privacy terms contained herein.

PDS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. Access and Use of the Web site
PDS grants you a limited license to access and use the Web site, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for conducting business with PDS and provided that you do not modify the Web site, its content, or any copyright or other proprietary notices. Acceptable Use Policy
Customer’s use of any Services provided by PDS is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy (“Acceptable Use Policy“). The policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of the PDS network and products and services PDS offers to its customers. PDS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately. Customer’s use of PDS Services constitutes your acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policy in effect at the time of Customer’s use. If not defined here, capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the Master Services Agreement (“Agreement“) between Customer and PDS.

Customer agrees not to, and not to allow any third parties, to use the Services:

to generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk commercial email.
to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others.
for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature.
to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, or other authorized users.
to alter, disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services.
to test or reverse-engineer the Services in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities or evade filtering capabilities.
to install or distribute “pirated” or other software products that are not appropriately licensed for use by Customer.
to resell of the Services without the express prior written consent of PDS.
to use the Services, or a component of the Services, in a manner not authorized by PDS.
Customer’s failure to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination, or both, of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. Prior to suspension or termination, PDS’s may attempt to work with Customers to cure violations of this policy and ensure that there is no re-occurrence; provided that such attempts shall not be deemed a waiver of PDS’s rights to ultimately suspend or terminate the Services.
