Chief Executive Officer & President

Dr. Asif Naseem

Asif joined PDS in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer & President. He is responsible for setting and executing all aspects of company strategy. Asif brings extensive experience in enterprise Information Technology, including systems, software, and applications. He has held executive management roles at large public companies and small and medium privately held companies, including multiple startups. Prior to joining PDS, he served as Vice President, Communications Global Business Unit of Oracle Corporation. Before joining Oracle, Asif served as President and Chief Operating Officer of GoAhead Software, Inc., a telecom infrastructure software company that was acquired by Oracle. Previously, Asif led the operations at Iospan Wireless, a pioneer in broadband wireless, that was acquired by Intel Corporation.

Dr. Naseem’s prior experience includes executive management roles at AT&T Bell Laboratories, AT&T-NCR and Motorola, where he established and ran successful systems and software businesses that leveraged state-of-the art technologies. Asif served as an ex-pat in Europe as the General Manager of the Internet and Connectivity Solutions Division of Motorola, where he was responsible for establishing and running, an innovative software applications business for large telecom operators and enterprises in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In addition to operational experience, Asif has successfully led several national and international mergers and acquisitions.

Asif holds an MSc in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Michigan State University. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School’s Program in Negotiation and studied Leadership at the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels, Belgium. Asif is an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University, where he lectures on entrepreneurship and a wide variety of topics currently challenging the information technology industry. Asif is also a 2014 M+Visión Visiting Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a faculty/mentor for the MIT LinQ as well as StartMIT programs.

Dr. Naseem has served on the Board of Directors of several companies; he was elected to three terms as the President of the Service Availability Forum, an international consortium setting standards for the telecom industry. In addition, he has received numerous industry and academia awards and recognitions, most recently as the John D. Ryder Distinguished Alumni Award of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University. Asif writes frequently and his work has been published in more than 20 technology and business publications. He is often invited to speak at industry and academia events.

Sr. Vice President Operations, and Chief Financial Officer

Todd Adams

Todd Adams joined PDS in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President responsible for all financial operations, information technology, marketing, purchasing and end user operations. Todd brings invaluable insight and expertise to PDS.

Prior to joining PDS, Todd served as the CFO of Dedicated Computing, a Private Equity held business responsible for contract manufacturing of specialized computing devices and related managed services. At Dedicated Computing Todd oversaw all financial operations and the financial implementation of a newly acquired company. From 2007 to 2010, Todd served as the CFO of three portfolio companies of The Comvest Group, a Private Equity firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Todd was responsible for leading all financial operations and consulting in virtually all aspects of the business which included buying/selling businesses for the Comvest Group.

Todd’s prior experience includes serving as the CFO and SVP of Journal Sentinel, a Milwaukee based daily newspaper. Todd was responsible for the company’s purchasing, finance, information technologies functions amongst other activities. For 13 years, Todd drove overall business efficiencies for the firm and worked with sales in driving top line growth. Todd was involved with virtually all aspects of the business, including leading the business strategy, pricing decisions, finance and accounting. Todd served an integral role in building and purchasing a $113 million plant and equipment for a new state of the art printing facility. The project won various worldwide awards. In addition, as part of the newspaper industry, Todd served as President of the newspaper financial group INFE, a 900-member organization.

Todd holds a BBA in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and received his CPA.

Vice President, Human Resources

Amy Koroll

Amy Koroll joined PDS as the Head of Human Resources in 2018. She is responsible for developing and executing the human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. In her role, she leads the Company’s human resources operations and services, including, talent management, compensation, compliance, and health & safety. Amy works closely with our CEO and the executive team to design and implement programs and initiative in support of our values that form the pillars of our Company’s culture. Amy led the implementation and integration of HR workstreams for the Works Computing acquisition by PDS in 2018.

Prior to joining PDS, Amy served as the Global HR Director for Corporate Human Resources at Johnson Controls. She was responsible for providing strategic HR Business Partner support to a variety of corporate organizations and C-suite executives, while leading global initiatives. During her 7-year tenure at Johnson Controls, Amy led global organizations through change and transformations which focused on merger and acquisitions, restructuring, workforce strategy, organization design, talent management, employee engagement and a Workday HRIS implementation.

Amy’s prior experience includes serving in senior leadership roles in Talent Acquisition at Boston Scientific, TCF Financial Corporation and Kelly Services. Her leadership skills played an integral role in building high-performing teams to deliver and meet KPIs, SLAs and metrics for recruiting, sourcing, and hiring results.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University. She has served as a board member for Wisconsin Affiliate of the National Center for Women in Information Technology (NCWIT), a national organization empowering young women to pursue careers in information technology, from 2018-2020.

EVP/GM, National Sales

John Miller

John Miller joined PDS in February of 2000 as a result of the acquisition of Entre Computers by PDS. He has served in a variety of roles with successively increasing responsibilities. In his current role, John is responsible for running all aspects of sales strategy execution, account management, business development, and customer satisfaction.

In his 25 years of experience, John has been engaged in IT consulting, working up through the ranks into sales management and executive leadership. John is chartered with expanding PDS’s systems and services business through consultative engagements with clients in all our markets throughout the Midwest and selected regions across the country.

John also serves on HP's US Public Sector Advisory Council and is actively involved in PDS's several primary vendor relationships. John has earned several awards for this contribution to our industry, including earning recognition as Chapter President for the American Marketing Association, and receiving the prestigious Organization of the Year award during his tenure. John is a member of the Board of Directors for National Center for Women in Technology (NCWIT) Wisconsin Affiliate, an organization committed to removing barriers for young women to pursue careers in technology. John is actively engaged in community services and volunteers his time to many worthy causes. As such, he has served in advisory roles to Pathways to Prosperity.

John Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Michigan University. He was named to In Business Magazine's prestigious "40 under 40" list for 2011.

Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

Tamara Korbel

Tamara Korbel joined PDS in 2019 to lead our Enterprise Solutions and Services. Tamara also serves as our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As such, Tamara is responsible for development and implementation of programs in Application and Infrastructure Security, Identity and Access Management (I&AM), Network Infrastructure, Hybrid Data Solutions, Cloud Licensing, and Managed Services.

Prior to joining PDS, Tamara served as a Healthcare IT Leader of Ridgeview Medical Center and Clinics for over 8 years, where she oversaw strategy, enterprise operations and security services.

Tamara’s prior experience includes serving 15 years as the Information Systems Manager for Rice County District One Hospital, where she was responsible for Federal Regulatory Requirements including HIPAA and Meaningful Use, Infrastructure Solutions, Security Services, Physician education and a variety of other programs.

Tamara started her career in Manufacturing MIS at Cummins Engine which she served for 5 years. At Cummins Engine, Tamara was selected to participate in the Kaizen quantum leap program which hardwired process improvement techniques to be utilized throughout her career.

Tamara holds an MBA in Finance from Southwest Minnesota University. She also holds a highly regarded Healthcare Certification, Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO),through CHIME. In 2007, Tamara graduated from the Faribault Future Leadership Program, a Blandin Community Leadership Program which is designed to develop and sustain a healthy community through exceptional leadership.
